Last year our volunteers contributed more than 5000 hours - volunteers are the backbone of the Zoo, They train to become a part of our Zoo Community. They give guided tours, run Birthday Partys, assist in Special Events, help in the canteen, create our gardens, and most importantly are a source of good will for the animals and the public. Without volunteers we could not run many of our programs and special events - when we need help they are always there.
